Need 2 stroke oil advice
Hello. New here.
I am refurbishing an oil-injected Yamaha G1. Do I have to use Yamaha Lube 2 oil or is there another brand I can use for this 2-stroke engine? Thanks in advance for your help. Bodzcamper |

Re: Need 2 stroke oil advice
I would use yamalube, but you could try some other quality oil. I would not get cheap stuff and it must be for injection systems, maybe try pennzoil. Reason I would use yamalube is that it is good oil and once you fill that tank it will take forever to run it down so not like you will be buying much of it.

Re: Need 2 stroke oil advice
I use Optiplex, I mix it at 80:1 and does pretty good so far. I want to try the Amsoil, but don't know where to find it.
