a great write up was done by gornoman. "zo6 gradates to 48v." shows how to do a basic conversion and how to wire it to retain your hd 36v solenoid if you already have one. also how to wire up the charging system to use a 36 and 12v chargers till you get a 48v one.

you can find by doing a search for the title or gornoman.

That is just a piece of treated plywood that I cut to fit and covered with a piece of material I has left over from the seat covers.

I'm out of town and don't really have a good picture of that. You can put them in series anywhere you want to. I put mine between battery 4 and battery 5.

this is how mine is laid out. like bow, between 4 and 5.

I have an 08 pds txt 36v, emailed Scottyb, great info thank you, will having '08 May' batteries be a problem adding the extra 2 for the 48v config???
