Whats the oldest cart you would purchase???
I am looking to start a build of my own and take my time, maybe a 2 year project of upgrades so that I can do it right and get exactly what im looking for. What is the oldest cart you would purchase to start a new build. I own a 97 Txt Series right now, What are you thoughts???

In an Ezgo I prefer the TXT platform, 1994 and up.
In a CC I like any DS model 1981 to 2003 |

EZGO didn't re-invent the wheel every year like automakers did, so model year probably shouldn't be a major consideration, other than for the availability of chassis parts.
I believe the first task is to identify what the end goal is in general terms. (Street or off road, Speed or torque and things like that.) Then work backwards to the chassis that best suits that goal. |

long arm kit 6-10inches, 25-26 inch tires, 48v-72v, would love to(if possible) be in the 25-30 mph range with enough torque to climb so hills...
