Source for 10-pin connector
As evidenced in my first few posts on here, I had connection problems with the 10-pin connector when I upgraded my controller, which caused me a couple of days troubleshooting before I got it working properly. I've tried to find one locally, to no avail.....does anybody know where I can find a connector with all wires already installed? A good used one with a couple of inches of wire attached would be fine. I think I've finally got it working OK, but it has quit once since the original "fix", & I don't want it to lose contact & leave me stranded a long ways from home and/or truck. I use the buggy for turkey hunting this time of year.
Thanks, David |

Ezgo.com should have the harness.
Or you can buy the crimp-on pin connectors and refresh the plug your self |

Re: Source for 10-pin connector
Had a brainstorm while at work......I remembered having a remote entry for a car that had died & knew it had a similar connector on it. While home for lunch, I dug it out & sure enough, the connector is identical! I am going to buy the little pin connectors & build a "new" connector for the controller. While I was tooling around, I took the offending pin-connector out of the OEM one & reshaped it to make good contact, so I may be good to go anyway....

Re: Source for 10-pin connector
Yeah, me too! I hardly ever throw stuff away.....and I can't count the times I've fixed something around here with a part off something that I saved. I haven't checked yet, but I'm thinking that the connector on a computer power supply (to motherboard) may be the same thing, too.....
