![]() okay Im still stuck, Im not sure what throttle they use on a STAR cart 48 volt I know its a potentiometer anyone have more info on this? I need a controller, the one that was in the cart was a curtis 1268-5403, I see madjax has a controller that uses the 1268 style plug

![]() You own a Chinese-made cart and most of the knowledgeable members on here are too good to help you even though every third thread on this site references an electrical issue with one of the BIG THREE.
It is a shame too because most of the components of these Chinese-made carts are the same as what is in your American-made carts. |

![]() It is plug and play navitas makes it, Its a 600amp with a on the fly programmer and you choose the harness you need for your type of stock controller, in my case it needed a Curtis 1268 conversion harness, It can be ordered from buggies unlimited. Now im kinda stuck on wiring up the new solenoid I bought from carts unlimited

![]() Solenoid should be straight forward. 2 large posts and 2 small. Just wire it the same as the one removed.

![]() The one I'm putting in is scottyb's mzj400 just not to sure of the two small wires ones yellow other is black/white which is negative and which is positive
