95 Medalist sluggish starting
I have searched on here and couldn't seem to find anything, please direct me if its already been discussed. My 95 Medalist (new to me) is very sluggish to start and nearly always has to be choked, even after warm. I runs rich and smells of gas when you stop. Where should I start? Valves? Carb? Compression is good (150+). I can handle checking valve adjustment but carb adjustment would be a new realm for me.
