That dealer has no idea what they are doing, or they know exactly what they are doing and scammed someone into buying a replacement controller.

They should save a .CPF before messing with settings, that way it can always be restored.

The profile limit is 16 MPH. But there are other parameters that can be adjusted that will result in high speeds.

A curtis handset is going to give you access - quite pricey but if you are willing to buy a new controller this is probably a better option.

If you have a curtis hand held its pretty simple. As far as I know, thats the only way to speed up a cart.

But my cart is brand new and I thought I could not use these things to get the 2021 EZGO lithium 6 seaters to move faster? The price of the unit seems reasonable and would be willing to buy it if it makes my cart even go 20-23MPH
