95 EZGO with Alltrax DCX300 & Plumb Quick SLOW
Picked up from someone in my neighborhood for my parents for $200 as a non runner. Got it running, but only will do about 10mph.
Controller is set to field map 3. My stepdad has done all the work so far to get it running on his own. So I’m looking for what is going on to make it so slow. |

is it running 36 or 48v? I would try the linear throttle response see if that makes any difference also is the amp/power output set to max?

Report what the battery pack voltage is at top speed. Low voltage = low speed.
