Revamping old Harley 3 wheel
I got a 3 wheel harley for 300 bucks, runs fine. Could use a couple things though. I would like to paint it. What kind of process/paint would i need. It looks like fiberglass. I would also like to find a canopy top and bag holder. Does anyone have any sites where i might find this stuff for an old harley

Welcome! Painting your Hog is just like painting a car. You can use the same products like filler, primer, fiberglass for repairs etc. and paint that any body shop would use. If you know any painters hit them up and maybe work out a trade. You can also use spray cans if you just want to do a quickie spray bomb paint job.

I was all excited about the parts for carts website and they dont even have hardly anything in stock even though they have a million pictures. Any other ideas where i could get that plastic piece for the bag holders

Also the wrecking yard at 1-800-262-6861 for the top frame. I made my own fabric top. I will try to post photos later when I find out how to. What plastic part are you talking about?
