g1 will run in reverse but not forward
as the title state it runs in reverse but dosnt get any spark in forward so any help would be great

I'm not familiar with the 2 strokes at all so hopefully one of the other members will help out. It may be your ignition/key switch or bad solenoid over the fender well (I think there are three): best guess for now. Also make sure you don't have weak battery. I think that can play a part also. Try searching in this section of the forum for the same problem. I'm sure someone else has ran into this before.

It just happend to me yesterday. Check the wires for the solenoid. Switch the solenoids between them. Then forward should work and reverse shouldn't.
