![]() I pose a conundrum to you all, a riddle if you will.
![]() OK, The proper drive belt size for my cart is 1" wide by 37 3/8" inches long. Now, my question (I'm just looking for thoughts and input now so I can weigh each side) is this: Why couldn't I use a slightly wider belt (helps performance) and one about 1" longer (it's a hair too tight now)? Here are a few specs of other belts: Club Car 1984-87 -- 15/16 x 37 1/4 ![]() ![]() Club Car 1988-91 -- 1 x 37 1/2 ![]() ![]() Yamaha G-2-UP -- 1 3/16 x 39 ![]() ![]() Ideas? Thoughts? Comments? NO BS! ![]() |

![]() Ok, the 1 3/16 belt wont work unless you want to run the belt on top of the driven clutch... ANd the 15/16 one will suck. I say buy a new 94c clutch and send urs to TOm for it to be machined for a 1 3/6 Belt. Total it shouldn't be over 300 bucks. Plus, there are alot more belt choices.
