Default Yamaha rear end cables

Hey guys i have this yamaha golf cart and its missing the cables to the rear end can anyone post a pic of what yours looks like ?? The cable in my pic below goes to the gas pedal and the other is for ???

Does a cable go where that 10mm bolt is ?? Where there is a empty hole

there should be a cable going from the arm (governor) to the carb

Is that cable exposed to be connected to the round hole on the arm next to the 10mm bolt in the pic ?? Then connect it to the carb
