Yes it is to fast with the new motor I will be adjusting the governor so it runs around 20 till motor is broke in

That is fast, with 22s I could only hit 31gps on pavement was fastest I could ever get on flat ground. And with no governor at all that was cable to carb. That was with the airbox silencer removed (part over the gen) and jetted the carb richer, was only mod to engine.
