Yamha Gas Cart Model Identification
I would like to know the year and model of a Yamaha Gas Cart that has the following serial number taken from under the seat where the floor meets the engine compartment. J53-100312. The motor looks like a G2/G9. Thanks, Pat

Re: Yamha Gas Cart Model Identification
Double check your number, I can't find a J53.
If the number is J55-100312 that would be a 1990 G2. |

Re: Yamha Gas Cart Model Identification
Thanks for the reply TheNewGuy. I have already double checked the serial number but I will do so again. I have already checked the Yamaha Serial Number to Year and Model listing and like you could not find it listed. I had a similar problem with a G1 a year or so ago. Maybe the Yamaha listing is not complete and does not include all Australian carts? Thanks, Pat
