Yes - I apologize to our Yamaha friends, these updates apply across the board.
Plug your XCT usb cable in while on line and you will be prompted to install program updates.

Awesome thank you ScottyB. So you programmed the controller for me and loaded the map the motor builder sent. Will I need to adjust the map or anything else for better performance? If so I'll have no idea what to adjust w/the mapping. Thanks for all..

If you have a map specific to your motor you should contact Alltrax by email to see if there is a map update. Motor specific map updates load in the dealer software.

So i contacted Alltrax after i installed the update regarding a new map update. I originally got a high speed motor from Electrical Motor Products, and they provided me the field map E57107-2. Scottyb programmed the controller for me prior to ship. After i received it and installed it, I sent my motor to another company where the armature was replaced and banded. The shop was very familiar with Alltrax controllers, and they told me to max the RPM limit all the way to 8k, which I did. He said he built the motor to work with the existing field map. I currently get approx 25-26 mph on flat. In Alltrax's response today, they said they need "the efficiency curve from the manufacturer." I'm new here, but I'm thinking there might be another map which would improve performance/efficiency with the new update installed. If I can't get the efficiency curve, am I stuck? Any direction is greatly appreciated.
