Default 2008 Yamaha Starts- only runs 2 seconds...

Just started with no previous problems.
Cart starts in fw and goes 2 seconds stops. No reverse buzzer, no clicks- nothing. Key off, tow off, wait 30 sec, key on, tow run. Everything OK. Runs OK in Rev. Switch to FW- runs 2 seconds stops.
3 batteries 12.5+, one 11.5. Cleaned all battery connections. Cleaned Solenoid and controller connections- Not harness connection.
Any ideas.
Thanks

What voltage does your batteries drop to when it runs for the 2 sec?

just checked the lowest voltage one, and it drops to 2. I charged the batteries last night, and it seems ok today....so far. I'm thinking a bad battery. I dont have a tool to check specific gravity, but going to borrow one. Thanks

If it drops to 2v, it's totally trash. Each battery should not be dropping below 10.5v
