HD Sparky Battery Pack Imbalance
These early HD electric carts use a quirky drive system that utilizes only half of the pack (18 volts) for the first two speeds. The next three batteries only come into play on the last speed and when the delay tube kicks in. Am I wrong, or wouldn't this create a battery pack charge imbalance over time? More so if slower speeds are frequently used...

Re: HD Sparky Battery Pack Imbalance
Apparently I am mistaken in my theory. It is true that only 18v is used for the first two speeds, but it is achieved by making a PARALLEL connection between the two battery banks, which would utilize all six batteries at once. Once 36v is reached, it becomes a series connection between all of the batteries.
