Yes on the 97 & newer the ignition coil includes the ignitor function and some suppliers DO refer to it as an ignitor. If that is truly what you need I strongly recommend getting the Kawasaki OE part. (# 211712207) from which ever vendor you choose. I'm certain at least some of the site sponsors here can hook you up.
I replace a couple dozen per year and have had aftermarket coils, from almost any brand you can mention, fail in fairly short order. We no longer even offer the option of the cheaper aftermarket coils to our customers. Some go elsewhere to get them cheaper, but it's amazing how many are back within a month or two to have us put in the Kawasaki coil.

Just my two cents worth.
