2000 Club Car DS RPM limiter failure
I unhooked the ground wire and the cart runs. Will it run correctly and is it okay to leave the RPM limiter unhooked while running it.

Yes it will run fine. Just be careful maintaining high speeds not to rev too far, especially if you have your governor zip tied.
