84 EZGO motor & direction switch wiring
I have mixed up the wires on the motor & F/R switch. The motor terminals are not marked. The wires are marked: F1,F2,A1,A2. The termonals on the motor are in a line around the motor.There is resistance between every other terminal. the F/R switch terms. are not marked. I need to know where to connect the wires on the motor & the switch. thanks very much

Look closely. They can be hard to see but I will pretty much guarantee you the motor is stamped with the A1/A2/F1/F2. Well, at least I've never seen a traction motor that hasn't been stamped. The F's may be stamped as 'S'. Use the wiring diagram posted to connect the FNR.

Thank you very much.After sanding a little I found the motor is marked. The wiring diagrahm showed exactly where to conneck the wires. The cart is running like new.
