Battery Charging While Sitting Question
Hello-
A follow up to an earlier post about EZGO TXT basics. Again, I just purchased a 2005 TXT. While it sits in my garage for the next couple of weeks without being driven more than a couple of minutes a day -maybe ? (adding a rear seat, basic cleaning etc.) It is for our property and I will not bring it over for a few weeks. What should my charging protocol be while it is in this idle stage? Thanks Z |

Anytime you have more than 15 minutes of peddle time it is advisable to to recharge.
If it is a PDS cart and left sitting for 2 weeks or more place the run/tow switch in the tow mode to keep the batteries from draining. If it is a series cart it will be fine to just sit. |
