shorted out key switch
I was changing the key switch on my EZ Go electric cart and shorted out the wires. It sparked and now the cart does nothing. Is there a fuse somewhere?

Re: shorted out key switch
Welcome to the site. Typically the key switch is not fused. Can you provide details of what cart you have? Year/ Model/ TXT etc.

It's likely you smoked the micro switch in the peddle box.......if its a TXT or the micro at the F&R is it's a marathon.

Re: shorted out key switch
How hard is it to get to the micro switch? Can I just jump the two terminals on the micro switch to test it? Thanks for the info.
