The Need for Speed!
First of all a little background information! I picked up a 2006 PDS from Mike's Motor Toys last December to replace a 97 Club Car. Thanks for the great deal Mike! This is a stock cart, and is used only for a golf course cart. I probably will never put a lift kit on it, or change controller to Alltrax since I would not be off-roading in it. I did put the speed chip in it and it now runs about 18mph.
For some unknown reason, I feel the need to go a little faster , even though this is strictly a golf course cart! I would like for it to go about 24-25 mph. Is there a way to do this without breaking the bank??? How about replacing the motor with a Plum Quick rebuild? Think that would do it, or would I just be peeing in the wind? Thanks for any replies. Don't make too much fun of me! |

Re: The Need for Speed!
Alltrax 400 DCX/PDS will get you 24mph in that cart with the right solenoid and proper cables... ask Mike about it
