regarding belt postion

when it at full speed the clutch on the motor should just be at the top and the other should be about 1 1/2 inches down or so

also would a worn out belt cause speed loss
what size are they and should i get the smaller one... i hear people getting smaller ones for torque, that what i want for pulling things around with

im burning off the carbon in the muffler

im using a old propane burner with the flame going in to it directly
i took some photos and will post them tomorrow sometime

i notice that the smoke coming out the top can be lit on fire
any one know what this means >>> i think its the carbon that is being expelled out

Oops - I read that you had looked at some instructions, so I figured you had it covered - I'll take a peek in my shop after my show today and let you know, sorry about that!

I replaced the belt with a stock belt from a dealer for 36 bucks
changed out the rear end oil with some pretty good stuff
and boy she flys pretty fast now
edit
added a top from another cart and a windshield ( top was from a older cushman and it much more stable than the one that was on it )
