Engine Whine - low power
Got a used 36V cart, Replaced batteries today (T105s). Charged it up w/new charger. HOWEVER - power is very low, barely creeps around the driveway. Can hear high pitch whine from motor (I suspect). Heard this before changing batteries too. Any suggestions?? Will dismantle and clean motor terminals next. Battery terminals in good shape

Remove the motor and take it apart. Look at the brushes. If worn, replace them. Its also good to replace the bearing in the motor while you are in there. Also when the motor is out replace all those wires to a minimum of 4ga.
