Acts like it running out of gas
Just got done putting a rebuilt 295cc and bored to 375cc engine. At top end it acts like it runs out of gas. If you back off the gas it go on its marry way.
BrAAAA put put Braaaa sound, lift off gas and runs great!!!! |

Hello,
And look to the color of the sparkplugs after a longer ride. Do'nt let it rev stationary. Middle brown is right, lighter is not enough gas at high revs. (Black is to much gas or burned oil) More cc is more power to move the cart, so higher revs. Higher revs is more gas. Wat popatop says is also a posible thing. Benno |

did you jet the carb and replace air cleaner with bigger 1 more hp more gas more air

Yes that is what it was. Is there way to make it run at full speed with out the rev limiter kicking in?

with a club car its as easy as disconnecting the ground wire from the limiter
