Fuel mileage questions?
I was down at the local golf cart dealer rounding up front end parts for our DS CC and got to talking to the saleswoman. She was telling us that the gas carts are getting as much as 30 mpg. Is that BS? I know fuel consumption ain't a major issue but 30mpg? I was also walking around the sales lot with my jaw dragging on the pavement. I had no idea that there was so many options and accessories for the EZ GO. She was also telling us that body parts were interchangeable. Is that correct? I thought the one we got for the barn was gonna be the only one, but man, seeing all those lifted and decked out carts got my dander up. It looks like for playin, a gas cart is the way to go. I know what just moved to the top of my Christmas list!!!!

Yes your saleswoman was correct...Ouch that hurt more than I thought it would. May I never have to use those two words in conjunction again

Re: Fuel mileage questions?
I know I'm gonna get it for this reply, but go to Ebay and search "Club Car Body" - while there are a ton of EZGO options, etc (most of which are pretty slick) there are some really insane bolt-on bodies being made right now for the CC DS, many of which are actually pretty affordable and cool as hell ....

Re: Fuel mileage questions?
I have estimated my Yamaha with 23" tires, gets between 30 and 40 MPG loosely, depending on how much stop and go driving I do.

Re: Fuel mileage questions?
Everything stock and for golfing use only, you can make 60-70 mpg.
