golfcartking.com high cost of low prices!

Just wanted to share my recent experiences with golfcartking.com

I ordered a stationary rear seat kit and a 1/4" windshield over a month ago.... First, I received a flip rear seat instead of a stationary and then one of the boxes was damaged so was sent back to the supplier. Even though the items came from Indiana, and I am in Illinois, one day away - it took nearly three weeks to get the situation corrected.

Then the windshield showed up, from a different supplier - clearly marked 3/16" instead of the 1/4" that I had ordered and paid for. In a phone conversation with the rep from golfcartking, I was told that his supplier informed him that the 1/4" was backordered so they sent the 3/16" hoping I wouldn't notice! When I told him I just wanted my money back and would gladly send back the incorrect windshield - it took nearly two weeks to finally get a return authorization number and now I am expected to ship it back at my own expense - but they will reimburse me....

In short - they have low prices but poor customer service and still have not offered me anything in exchange for all of my problems..... Over a month has passed and I am still dealing with order problems and have not been reimbursed one cent..... Stay Away!

Thank you for taking the time to remind us that the bad taste of poor service outlast the sweetness of the lowest price... Basically the cheapest price on the internet may not be the best deal. I hope you get what you wanted eventually.
