Talking club car village 8 need info fuel problem

Yup, the ongoing saga of the club car from hell. Well I finally put a new carb on it (the rebuild didnt work, as you guys told me the throttle valve was worn) it worked! the lack of power immediaely went away. However, now at times when I turn it off then after a few minutes start it again the loss of power problem returns. But now all I do is manually rev the throttle and it clears. two questions: 1) does the new carb cme adjusted already from factory (air mix screw), and 2) is it normal for the inline fuel filter closest to the carb to empty of fuel or is thisan indication that fuel pump is bad? Appreciate any input you guys can give...

Geez msher, try to stick to one tread! (it's easier for us to keep track)

I'm glad the carb worked out for you!
I don't know if a new carb comes adjusted... but I'm guessing it may be.
the fuel in the 2nd filter will eventually come up to about 1/2 full, which is normal!

Happy carting!

I'm out!

carb should be pre adjusted yes............its common to see filters that seem empty i have seen plenty like that.........if the cart has those little white filters take them off replace them..........you sure theres no water in fuel tank? air intake system is sealed tight? you can try fuel pump it could be going out...........................................
