1999 Club Car windshield
Could you make a windshield off of a new DS fit an older one? I need a new windshield and a friend has one off of a 2002. Is the size different or just the mounting brackets?

They are different because of the angles they are cut on. The older ones were more square looking and the 2000.5-up get narrower at the bottom of the windshield. I suppose you could modify it maybe?, but no more than they cost I like the snap on fit.
