89 EZ-GO 2 stroke has no power
I recently bought a 1989 EZ_GO gas 2 stroke cart, it has a new carburetor on it but it seems gutless. We use it when we go camping or to the race track, but it struggles to even carry 2 adults up a small incline. Any ideas on what might be the problem? Any performance tips or tricks?
Thanks |

Re: 89 EZ-GO 2 stroke has no power
Your very first test has to be using a compression tester, without that information everything else is mere speculation.
FYI 120 + psi = nice 90 - 119 = time to think about it <90 = get the check book and the wrenches. Dave |
