Talking 1990 Gas Club Car-Spark Plug & Oil Weight

What spark plug do I need for this cart?
I was going to change the oil and replace with 10W40 full synthetic. Is this good or bad?

NGK-BPM4A or Champion-CJ8Y on the spark plug. On the oil the manual says SAE 30 or SAE 5W20. You can get a synthetic in either of those and be fine too. Just in case you need the info. The transmission and rear end/drive unit both take 80W-90 API Class GL-3 or 80W-90 AGMA Class 5EP.

While we are talking plugs and oil.......is there an oil filter and where is it? I am new to this. I do not have a manual for my '84.
Thanks

No oil filter, I'd use the NGK plug. Better results.

Someone emailed an owners manual for my 1990 and it says 10W40 but someone emailed that I was supposed to use either straight 30 weight or
5W20. Do you know what is correct?

my info comes straight from my 88 to 91 service manual. I'd recommend the NGK plug as well, good call Tpg.
