Cart vibrates & jumps
Hi all I am new to the cart world and just got my first cart (2002 Club Car DS 48 volt). My problem is that when the battries get low the cart kind of chatters when the accellarator is pressed. Any help I can get would be great.

Charge the cart. Keep it charged. Nothing worse for cart batteries than to run them down that far.

sure sign of low batteries or batteries going bad as said keep them charged you don,t want to keep running them that low.................................

if thats the case that sounds like they may not be holding their charge........you need to test, load test and check all cells with hydrometer.............................

I charged it last night and will monitor the charge for a couple of days to see if it drops off. How long should a set of batteries hold a full charge when parked?

i,m only speaking for me but on both my elec,s that i use they will hold a relative full charge for months at this time of year if not used................................
