firing order of 5 solenoid system
On a 86 model cc w/ the 5 solenoids and resistors, looking towards the back of the of the cart what order should the solenoids fire.
I read on another thread that the first solenoid provides power to the buss bar and the other 4 control the speed, if i understood it correctly. If anyone could tell me which solenoid fires 1st, 2nd, 3r,d 4th and 5th it would be greatly appreciated. |

Re: firing order of 5 solenoid system
The solenoid on the right ( drivers side) is the first to open

Re: firing order of 5 solenoid system
The first one on the drivers side lets the system power up. Then the next ones each add more power because they have progressively less resistance and the last one feeds full power to motor. All these are controlled by a set of micro switches on a drum under the front cowling.
