Default runs good cold but slower when hot

Hello all, this is my first post but I've learned a ton from you all on this forum. here's my problem, my 97 EZGO runs great when I first start it (21MPH), but after 10 minutes or so I see a noticeable difference in the karts power (16MPH and a dog on inclines). I have a 352cc Robin, each cylinder has 150 psi (is that okay?) And, a white puff of smoke happens each time I first take off but no smoke afterwards. Not sure what that's about? Any advise here would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Jeff

Check the coil, you may be losing 1 cylinder when the coil gets hot. Tough to feel the cylinder miss because of the internal balance shaft. I also agree with valve adjustment, lash may be to little on a fully warmed up motor.

Ditto on the valves. May be too tight when it warms up.

Thanks everyone. I set the valves on a cold motor at.005, no change. How do diagnos a clogged muffler, and how would you fix it?
