Maybe dumb question
I bought a new set of 6 volt batteries, And when I was swapping them over to my newer cart I noticed one of them is an 8v will it be ok to run it or should I take it back for the 6v . I havent noticed any problems with the way the cart runs, it actually has a lot more pep, but I figure its the new batteries. maybe I should take the 5 6v back and tell them they were supposed to be 8v lol.

Re: Maybe dumb question
Take it back and get another 6v, the 8v will not charge properly and will not last long. It will probably cause the 6v batteries to not charge properly also. Your cart is more than likely not set up for 48v if it is stock so don't try to exchange the others. It would be an expensive mistake.

Re: Maybe dumb question
Also, the 8v has less AH capacity than the 6s, this will cause battery imbalance. Get another 6v.
