on your solenoid there are 4 posts, 2 on each side (1 big, 1 little)

(LARGE POSTS) on one side you have a cable that goes directly to the PLUS side of the battery (first battery of the pack)....the other side goes to the B+ post of the controller.

(SMALL POSTS) on the side that connects to the battery, is where the small black wires go (one goes to the B- on the controller, the other to the - side of the reverse buzzer). on the other side is were the RED wires connect (one comes from your throttle peddle box, then one from the solenoid to the controller, which should be park to the wiring harness with the 4 wire connector).

The Diode stripe goes the side where the RED wires connect.

you have 3 posts

M- this cable goes to the A1 connection of the motor
B+ there are 2 cables connected here, 1 cable comes from the solenoid (+ side), the other goes from that post to the F&R switch.
B- this cable goes to the NEG. (-) side of the last battery in your park.

Here is another diagram. A little simpler to look at. You are concerned with only the large (high current) cables for now. Take one wire at a time on the diagram and check with the corresponding wire on the cart.

The diagram is not orientated like your cart. The batteries are depicted in a different orientation. Wires that look relatively long in the diagram may actually be very short in the cart. Don't let this confuse you. Take one wire at a time on the diagram and note the two places it connects then find the same wire on the cart and make sure it is connected to the same places as on the diagram.

In regards to the solenoid: it has two large posts (connections). This part of the solenoid is just a switch (off or on). There is no polarity. The small posts on the solenoid are part of the activation circuit. You have that wired correctly apparently.

I was wrong the cable is connected to the solenoid. All wires match up with diagram. They are all tight as well.
