01 Gas CC DS Noise When Drifting..?
my cc makes a rubbing noise in the rear end when just drifting... is that normal (sorry pretty much a newb)
Or are my brakes rubbing... bearing..? |

not a bad noise... but an apparent noise ...
when drifting do they stay in "gear" and still are being held back by the engine? |

I think I know what you're talking about. That noise is the roller bearing in the drive clutch. It allows the clutch to turn at a low RPM and not move the belt (idle), or let the cart coast and not turn the engine

When you are coasting place it in neutral and it shouldn't make that noise and will coast freely.

Our definition of drifting couldn't be further apart...
 Not going to lie, I was a little disappointed as I read on. I was hoping for some Tokyo Drift style golf cart action. |
