Default continuity check of FNR?

No continuity between #3 - #8 or #3 - #5...
Replaced cam and back board.
Now not showing continuity at any point and the control LED green light stays green with pedal fully depressed.

It sounds like 2 problems to me.... either one may stop the cart.

problem 1. no continuity between any F&R lugs = you may have over tightened the studs and pulled them away from their counter parts...she's not gonna run

Problem 2. throttle not going to full position or not going up at all. Test the throttle input signal... she may not run from this problem.

More details please.
what year, model cart?
What controller?
any modifications?

When you put the F\R in Forward, are you certain the lugs are in full contact? If the cart works in reverse, obviously the lugs for Rev are in full contact....but maybe not so much in Forward.
