All seems normal except for that one battery that's at 8.1v. Give your Epsom salts a little more time to work. If it doesn't improve replace that battery. If the current isn't dropping to zero replace OBC or else unplug it as soon as the meter starts to drop from full scale. Allow one hour charge per 15 minutes drive time.
