1993 Club car resistor
I have a 1993 club car and the resistor has broken I have tried to solder back together, (I am a better golfer than mechanically minded) it worked for a while but I don't feel it is reliable enough as is has started to not always work , can I just get a 250 Ohm 10 watt resistor from an auto parts/ electronic place or do I have to replace it with the same resistor which are very hard to find.

10w 250 Ω resistor from any source is okay for the solenoid mains.
