It does have the front marker lights. The tail lights are installed, but they are just tail lights, no brake lights.

if they want other things , radio, leds ... they should get a 48v to 12v reducer |

Fortunately the dealer who installed the lights and the new cowl put a reducer and a fuse box in it. So now its a simple matter of connecting the wires. radios and led's dont bother me because its just connecting to the battery and there's no existing wiring.

looks to be a factory wiring loom
first photo , yellow is from turn signal (rear right ?) middle photo is the brake light switch wires last photo is the connector for turn / running lights |

First photo is rear left (DS) tail light.
Does that mean there's a factory turn signal relay that I can plug n play with? |

i would look in the cup holder area
the front light was a light bar like this and rear with brakes and turn here is rear of factory lights with the connectors |
