Three battery chargers. Now getting 36.5 volts across the series but it's not tripping the charger.

Make that 4 chargers. 48v in series.
43v coming from battery series and we still can't trip the charger |

We gave up. Going buy new batteries to the tune of $834.

Looks like 48v txt with delta-q plug, probably has QE charger, so cant rule out "also bad charger". Black or grey small box with lots of fins? One of the worst chargers ever.
