"Are you wanting something like this " - Yes, I am but it can be plain black plastic. I plan to cut the plastic to mount the rocker switches into and then mount the combined plastic piece and switches onto the dashboard. This should allow for easy access in the future. Where did you get the one in your pic ?

I wrapped my factory key switch plate in carbon fiber vinyl and then made me a plate on the dash and wrapped it in the same stuff.. Only reason i added the plate for the switches is because I broke the dash behind it cutting the holes for the switches, but it came out nice in my opinion.
