Default No voltage at key switch

I have a 2002 ezgo pds that won't run. I'm getting no voltage at the key switch and no click at the solenoid. Any help would be great.

Power should start at the reed switch and be present on all the red lines when you press the gas

Checked all wires outlined in red and now somehow I have voltage on all of them where before I didn't have any on the white or white and yellow. Still no click at solenoid.

Solenoid troubleshooting: The solenoid requires both + and - present at the 2 small posts to trigger the coil and engage the contact (click).
If all the red lines are presently (+) it is likely missing the (-) at the other small post. This is supplied by the controller. If (-) is missing when pressing the gas. Remove the (-) wire and replace it with a small wire to the battery main (-).
If this was the failure the cart should run.

Ok so I went back and checked some things. So I have 5 wires going to the key switch, 2 blue and white wires that goes to the lights one has constant 12 volts. A red wire that goes to the digital battery meter. A white wire and white and yellow wire that goes to the controller. When I unhook the blue and white wire with the constant 12 volts and recheck all the wires that I was supposed to have voltage on I now have no voltage at all. Should I not have constant voltage on on of the white or white and yellow wires going to the key switch.

See the diagram again, the controller supplies the key switch voltage.
For the controller to operate there must be + pack voltage at pins # 4,7,8,9 on connector J1.

#4 is the battery feed from the charge receptacle.

Only wire I have voltage on is the on from the charger receptacle. The reed switch has also been bypassed.

Pull J1 - clean check pin #4 is seated and has good continuity. Reinstall firmly. IF problem persists replace the control.
I suggest XCT400PDS for stock motor.

It could be a bad connection in the plug.
