I checked it out last night :

Leafs in the rear have three leafs
King pins in the front have minimal play - didn't seem like much at all
tires are 205/50/-10's Golf Pro II

I'm running 28 PSI in each tire

Too bad your so far. I'd trade you the stock ones Foo my cart for them. My cart was used on a 1/10 acre lot as a yard cart and played a few rounds of golf here and there. But that's it.

I have the same size tire. I run on pavement only. With experimentation, I found 20 psi to be about max for speed/range. Anything above that just made the ride stiffer with no gain. Try 20-22 psi in the back and about 12 psi in the front then adjust from there. The front of a TXT is light relative to the back. Different brands of tire will have different side wall stiffness. Air is cheap (so far)

Three leaf springs and 28psi? I believe you've found your problem!

I dropped the pressure in the rear to 18 and the fronts to 14 - pretty much half of what I had in there previous. I'm going to take it out tonight and I'll report back how it rides.

My '04 had 2 leafs........and they were completely shot. And that was without any rear seat or basket. Had the drivers side lean and everything!

took the cart out to the course last night - very noticeable difference in the ride quality. Still not like a Cadillac, but very tolerable.

Now if my golf game was as easy to fix....
