low ouput from controller series cart
hi all, i recently bought a 95 series cart. it was never fast but has gotten slower. i've checked voltage getting 38.7 but only 20 out of the controller.
- probe on meter to M- +probe to B+ pushing down on the accelerator it only went to 20v does this mean the controller is bad? i have checked the sensor in the box under the floor the rod does go all the way through. |

Re: low ouput from controller series cart
Test your throttle signal, it may not be going to 100%

Re: low ouput from controller series cart
its one sign of a controller problem, but not until the throttle input is verified to be at 100%. i had the same problem, it was the controller in the end. in my case, i caused the problem by "converting" the cart to 48v by only installing 48v battery pack. i knew it was a big risk to the controller, but wanted to see how long it would last (about a month).
