What model do you have? I'm guessing it is a DCS. Is that right?

Here is a troubleshooting guide and a wire diagram. This will show you your wiring so you will how where they go.

Just opened solenoid and discovered its wet.

Replace solenoid and start running down your wiring. You have wiring not wired up.

Replaced solenoid, no change at all.

Have an update. Solenoid is clicking when I put it in reverse or forward. But it will sometimes go click click click like I'm stepping on the gas pedal multiple times. It also will click when I only switch it to reverse or forwards without stepping on the pedal.
