36 volt series cart
I have a ezgo 36 volt series TXT cart (non DCS), no numbers on cart to help I.D. what year/model. F/R switch under knee position. Cart stopped working last Fall and thought the controller was toasted. Upgraded to a Alltrax NPX 300 amp controller, no help. decided to upgrade motor (Plumb Quick Bandit), wiring (6 Ga), solenoid to heavy duty parts while redoing everything. Only thing not replaced yet is the F/R switch. Got everything installed and cart violently jerks in forward and reverse both when pedal is pressed down. Any help or ideas would be appreciated?

Re: 36 volt series cart
I will take a look at the controller tonight when I get home and post a pic of the unit I have installed. ITS is the pedal control system in the floor correct with the plunger and donut sensor to read pedal position?

Re: 36 volt series cart
The plot thickens! After talking more with Robby Steen and sending him a picture of the motor they sent me to figure out if it was a thin or thick can, he tells me they sent the wrong motor. The y sent me a Sepex motor!
