wire problem
white wire from charger plug in to battery terminal on ezgo melts off at terminal but does not blow fuse

That much heat is likely caused by bad connection(s). Check and clean where the wire terminal attaches, and prepare the wire for a new terminal, then crimp and solder it on very well to prevent excess heat.
